They arrived 7 days late we had to book into a BnB because we did not have our furniture. Our things were broken, lots of boxes were missing and most of the furniture were damaged and had oil spilled over it. Missing boxes includes outdoor equipment and our patio table legs were not delivered. They were very rude and very unprofessional. Never use them! Cost us way more than the quoted amount! Not reliable and very bad!!!!

We don't even know where to start on this. First don't let the name fool you! They got us. PTA-CPT move for my Mother. HOLD RANSOM!! late pick up, 2 days late delivery, terrible truck conditions, half of the move is broken and other damaged, boxes drenched in fuel and oil, dropped a grand piano, inflated quote 4x AFTER COLLECTION, started at 27k ended up at 47,5k with no option, different truck arrived in CPT than loaded in PTA, paid for two trucks only one arrived in CPT with an uncovered trailer, 80% crockery broken.....the list gos on! My mother is heartbroken. They will have answers for everything. The so called Mr [name removed by Sirelo] will answer for all this somewhere in his life. I don't wish this upon my worst enemy so I can't stress this enough....PLEASE STAY AWAY. We won't leave this here.

Was charged R1650,then the guy who was helping me move,was saying l should be charged extra R300 for him and the other guy but their employer said no extra R150,l said okay it's fine,l was now doing things myself bcoz l was scared of my furniture being broken down,until in the end the one who was complaining through out,he tries to hide that he has broken my glass coffee table,he then says l should pay the money for moving then my table will be fixed,l mean these people are crazy,l found then online,where will l get them to claim my table,l paid the balance and compensated myself for the table.
Only the other guy and the employer l dealt with were good

The team pick up our stuff on time, and goods were nicely packed and wrapped. Their quote was very competive. The team was smart and very polite. The whole move was very stress-free and [name removed by Sirelo] kept on checking with us if all was well. We got our stuff in Bloem scratch-free though insurance was freely included to the move.

We arranged for FaithInAction Logistics to move us from KZN to EC in May, paid the deposit, confirmed the date on multiple occasions and they did not show up! We had to arrange for another company to move us. [Name removed by Sirelo] promised to pay our deposit of R11350 back and he has not. He makes empty promises and doesn't get back to you.

It is true that a booking was made with E...and was supposed to pick up the stuff on Monday. Then on Sunday we discovered that one of our front wheel beari g was loose, we removed to so that we could replace it since the truck was going to the farms and the road was bad. I notified both E... and the husband that can I change the wheel bearing early in the morning of Monday then immediately I will leave for the pick up, and according to our calculations we were going to arrive there in time or before 4pm which was their time they were supposed to be out. But I was told not to come but after we had initially agreed that I can sort that and leave it the morning. Yes they deposited their money and I will refund it however their conduct was not good because how can we agree and later change after I had made all the arrangements.

We contracted Faithinaction Logistics to move our warehouse contents Port Elizabeth to Germiston, Johannesburg East. The did an excellent jobs. They brought 3 trucks and the team was very helpful and they know what they do.
I recommend Faith in Action Logistics if you want a clean and stress-free job.
