HORRIBLE DISAPPOINTING SERVICE! I booked with I Moves SA to move my entire home from JHB to CT. We booked a date for December and everything seemed great...then they completely ghosted us. 2 Weeks before the scheduled move we sent emails to confirm that move, never heard from them. 1 week before, again, we sent emails, whatsapp messages and tried to call their office...STILL NOTHING! As a backup plan, my husband and I had to hire storage to ensure that we had somewhere to put our entire household as we could not delay the actual move and could not rely on them to show up. We sent a cancellation email that went unread and received no communication/response from. Our collection date came and went and there was absolutely no sign of them, we are happy we took the initiative to do something as a backup, but we COMPLETELY REGRET hiring them. We chose them over other companies, even after getting better quotes, due to the fact we had already committed to them and wanted to stay loyal to our agreement. They have dropped off the face of the earth at this point and if they have closed down, a courtesy call or email to notify us of this so we could hire another company would have highly been appreciated instead of just leaving customers in the dark and disappointed. [name removed by Sirelo] was very professional and friendly, which put me immediately at ease. They arrived exactly on time and, were very professional from start to finish. I cannot reconcile my experience with some of the 1-star reviews on this and other review websites and can only say, based on my experience, you will be well served utilising their services. Highly recommended!!
