Horrible experience and horrible services. I pay Jhb Removals to move my furniture and alas a company by the name of Mega Shift Logistics pitches up. I end up paying additional costs I was never informed of. Bidulphs is way much better.
You pay for their services and they bring another company (I have never heard of before) to do their job.

Very bad experience with this moving company. I lost money and valuable time and I would strongly discourage anyone wanting to use their services.

"Haseena at Storage Kings were handling the situation and said they have to get payments cleared before we can do the removal from Storag e. Andrew arranged with her to Collect later that afternoon to carry on with his Deliveries and come back later. She shouted and sweared at him. She then mailed me for a refund. I called her to understand what the issue was by that time she refused to speak to anyone. I then begged her to advise me what was going on. After speaking to Andrew I called her back and asked her if the storage have cleared us to have the removal done. She then told me to F@# off after I told her our process and put the phone down. I then emailed her directly and had no comms since - This is an abuse on us due to your own circumstances not ours.Read more
