Paid an exorbitant price for a 4 ton truck and one day delivery with “your own lock”. No communication prior and collection team arrived 8 hours after agreed upon time. Upon delivery - lock cut off and items moved to open trailer with items not covered and in the rain. Thousands of rands in damages to couch, sideboard, mattress and others. Would absolutely never use again. Do not use this service.
