I used Robeck for our move from South Africa to the UK just over 4 months ago. I am so impressed with the service that I received from them. I dealt with a young lady [Name removed by Sirelo] who patiently handled all my queries promptly and efficiently. She also kept me up to date all along the way. Our belongings arrived when we were told they would and when I unpacked my boxes every single item was in the condition that I had packed it. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. In 2023 I assisted my Aunt with her immigration to the UK. I was recommended Robeck Logistics by a friend. I was blown away by the service, professionalism and care they took in getting my Aunts goods packed up and boxed, ready for shipment. Not too long afterwards a container became available and the goods were on their way. The goods arrived in Manchester intact and exactly as they were when they left SA. Thank you Robeck, much appreciated. We will definitely be recommending you to others.

Brilliant service, great support in SA and in the UK. Very difficult to identify any negatives because there were none and to several positives. I had to leave SA rather urgently for work in the UK and had to rely on my elderly parents and Robeck to handle moving my stuff from SA to UK. I communicated this with Robeck, who undertook to make sure my parents and assets were well taken care of on the day of the packing and loading. My stuff arrived on time and without any issues. Nothing but praise and recommendations from my side, keep up the good work Robeck & Partners.
