The truck sent could not fit all my furniture.I was left with a house full of boxes..and had to hire other vehicles to complete the move. Work that was anticipated for 1 day extended to 4days. The additional cost was unexpected and frustrating.

This is the 1st Time that i have been made aware of this unfortunate incident . We quote on Inverntory Lists provided by the client , should the Truck have been too small , IF we were made aware of this we would have most certainly been able to resolve the problem on the same day . It is always best " COMMUNICATE " directly with the service provider , who are able to RESOLVE such issues if they arise .

The guys were excellent from loading till off loading - with all the furniture still in tact. The guys loaded all the furniture with much care and demonstrated their excellent experience by ensuring that all is packed properly and fragile furniture was treated with proper care.
