I would like to express my gratitude to DBN moving company, in particular Robyn who came to my rescue during a difficult time and helped me move my furniture at very short notice. My things have now arrived in very good time and in good order. Thank you, great service and empathetic staff!

These unorganized movers were over 7 hours late on moving day. They then expected us to change the day the our long distance move. Adding to this frustration, 8/10 pieces of our furniture were damaged by the uncaring gentleman who manhandled them, and 3 small tables were stolen. There was a constant miscommunication between the sales team, OPS, and the driver of the truck driver. I 10/10 would not recommend this company.

Good service from office and the collection/delivery team. They managed to follow our instructions with regards to delivery and the date.

Really bad service. Goods lost from my move and no one returning my emails and calls to resolve issue. So after 4 weeks after my 1 star rating, and a promise someone will give feedback, no one has come back to me. This just proofs my point.
