Due to my company transferring me we have relocated many times over the past 25 years. We have used Biddulphs and other companies over the years. When we contacted Biddulphs this time around for a quotation we were blown away by their professionalism. [Name removed by Sirelo] and his team was awesome. Nico visited us the following day and on the same day of the visit we received a very reasonable priced quotation. we were so happy with the service we accepted the same the same day. Other companies only phoned us a week later. On the days of the actual move the team of 6 employees that were entrusted to do our move were the very best team we have had over the years. They were professional, friendly, helpful, prepared to go the extra mile. No down time with regular breaks and excuses. Throughout the storage and moving process (having our furniture moved twice), I have found the whole team to be professional and polite. Everything happened on schedule, and our furniture and personal effects were all in pristine condition after the moves. We can certainly recommend Biddulphs for anyone needing to move or store anything (our goods were in storage for 6 years)!!!
