I have been scammed by DDP Vervoer out of R9 thousand . Video and pics were sent to [Name removed by Sirelo] the owner of all the items I needed moving. After receiving the invoice I paid 50% to book the day of the move . Another 50%had to be paid before they load which I paid before the truck came .When it did arrive there was no trailer only the truck.
The driver [Name removed by Sirelo] said my items wouldn't all fit in the truck .He stated he would have to re schedule for 2weeks later. Then I received another invoice from [Name removed by Sirelo] for double the first amount.I refused and demanded a full refund. He paid less R9 k which he claims was for coming to my house.The truck was there for 1.5hours.

This company service was extremely bad. I paid to move all my stuff only the find they did not move everything and I had to to do several trips myself. Also they damage my goods and charged me R2500 extra for after hour work or extra labour. Very very service I will not recommend this company nor use them again.
