What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

All our quotes include basic in-transit insurance, covering major incidents like fire, theft, or accidents during transport. However, this cover is limited, and for full peace of mind, we recommend securing additional insurance. For international moves, we offer optional All Risk or Total Loss cover. For local moves, it’s advisable to arrange extra coverage with your own insurer to ensure comprehensive protection for your belongings.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Some advice from the Eezi team: -Always read the fine print! Make sure you know exactly what’s included and excluded in your quote. -Don’t skimp on packing materials. Cheap boxes and bubble wrap often won’t give your items the protection they need—especially when they’re stacked and bouncing over potholes. -Plan ahead! Packing at 2am is definitely not the move you want to make. -Choose a trusted company. Go with one that has a solid reputation.
