wow.... After being referred your services, I am very disappointed.
I was assured by Veruschka that my belongings will be wrapped in blankets to ensure its safety.
When my crates arrived it was shoved into the back of my bakkie so quick I could not inspect it. After unloading the crates I noted feet marks and damage on my brand new Addis crates that I purchased for the shipping.
Unpacking the crates I noticed my well wrapped wine glasses are all broken.
I was also overwhelmed by the delivery crew for a tip (they said I can ewallet them) because I had no cash.
I have been ignored by you guys ever since...

Would recommend Courier guy as they were cheaper but I worked of the referral I got from a friend and that unfortunately led to a big disappointment.

Jewelery got stolen on day of packing. Owner asked how can I trust 6 strange men in my house. Not all boxes and crates arrived at new address. Boxes and furniture got wet from the rain going into the truck. [Name removed by Sirelo] is very rude after she got the business. Very helpfull until your stuff is loaded on her truck, then she decide if she want to communicate with you or not. Ignores your whatsapps for days.

Had to follow up with [name removed by Sirelo] multiple times for simple communication, didn't listen to multiple explicit requests for a 3 ton truck, arrived with a 5 ton truck then sent a bakkie with a trailer, but I was still charged the higher rate and move started 2 hours later than planned.
Only positive on the day was a great moving team
