Organised a move with this company from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Excellent communication and prompt responses from Collen the owner at the beginning. Things went south after he sent me an email a day before the set delivery date saying that there was a 3 day delay (It took 7 days instead of the original 4 days for my furniture to arrive in Cape Town.)
On the call Collen was downright rude and would not stop speaking over me. His response to me voicing out my frustrations, was so unprofessional and uncomfortable even insinuating that I paid a low removal fee (the fee he as a business owner costed and quoted me). He went as far as hanging up on me and did not communicate a single update until I sent an email asking for one.
Again he communicated the wrong delivery time and his guys arrived 6 hours before said time. I had a fantastic experience with the guys doing the actual labour. It’s such a pity that Collen the owner has zero regards for customer service. Unforeseen circumstances arise all the time, but Collen’s rude behaviour, and lack of professionalism made this a painful experience.

I had the pleasure to deal with Collen and his movers last week Wednesday. They were on time, and they packed everything perfectly and safely. I HIGHLY recommend their services, and their quote was shockingly welcoming compared to the other quotes we have received that were beyond ridiculous. We will definitely use 123 Logistics in the future again.

I would just like to say thank you to Collen and his staff for my move. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. This was my 1st move in my adult life where I had no stress during the moving process. BIG THUMPS UP!!!! and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Collen and his team were great! They made sure all valuables were handled with care and worked well into the night making sure all items were moved and off loaded. The entire team was friendly and full of laughs. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient moving company!
