exstra charges and stating they had to rent the trailer however it belongs to his company , false information, staff and drivers complaining about the ethics and respect of this company
Case has been allocated to Roodepoort magistrates court and SAP for further investigation and collection
Images are how they pack your goods , they offloaded stock which does not belong to us and the best part of all is you tell them its not yours and they will argue with you

I booked a move from Johannesburg to Cape Town. On the day that my furniture was to be moved, I received a call to say the I needed to pay R4200 more as they underestimated the cost associated with the truck. I reluctantly paid as I had no other means to move and already paid 60% of the fee. That was only the start of a terrible ordeal. Furniture was supposed to arrive in CT on Sunday or Monday latest. I received a call to advise that the truck had broken down and my goods will be delivered the following day. This went on for a week, one promise after the other. Eventually 60% of the goods arrived a week later with some damage but still usable. They promised to deliver the rest the following day. Eventually three days later the rest arrive. 20 items were damaged beyond repair and 5 items were missing. I was shocked and contacted them just to be advised that sub-contractors were appointed, and they were sorry and will contact their insurers. Two weeks and many follow-ups I was told that the claim was repudiated and that they were sorry for the ordeal, but my problem and they have no liability.
