DONT HIRE THEM!! Use someone else. You will regret if you hire Bulls removals. They will fail to collect your items in time. I hired them and they agreed to collect at 11 am. However, they collected at 19:00 after called them a thousand times since in the morning. I even missed my bus and forfeited the money. That’s not where the horror stopped. They then failed to deliver my essential items on the agreed date. One of the items they were transporting was my bed. At night, when it was time to sleep, I had to make a plan. They gave me a delivery date that was none negotiable and I explained that I’ll be at work so they should deliver after hours. They disregarded that and came whiles I was at work. They then left with my things whiles I was trying to request indulgence at work. They took my things to a storage and I was charged for trip and for storage fees. Then will tell you to pay another crazy's amount if you want them to transport your things from storage house to the delivery address. DONT HIRE THIS MADNESS OF A COMPANY. The horror doesn’t stop there. I hired another company to collect my things. Before taking my things, they noticed that these mf bulls company damaged my things. My brand new fridge had scratches on it. They failed to wrap it with bubble wrap as promised. This company is rubbish. Disaster! Never wrap furniture as paid for. Furniture received in pieces! They kept on promise to fix the furniture. Half is fixed after 6 months and still waiting for the rest to be fixed. One of the staff that offloaded my furniture seems to be under the influence! Will never ever make use them again! Big lesson learned.

I give them 0!!!!! 11 days late!!! Truck broke down, they went through every single box, almost everything is either broken or scratched, the wrapped freezer is in pieces, stuff is lost, kept on lying about where they were, then started to ignore me, I had insurance, can't wait to see the excuse they going to give when I am going to claimeverything back!! I had antiques that was invaluable ...all gone!!! OR BROKEN!!! DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The truck arrived 24 hours late. It was already full of other peoples goods. They had a trailer that was not big enough for our furniture. They said that they will send another truck to fetch the rest on another day. This is after I booked more than a month ago for a closed 6 ton truck.
My mother of 82 years old was very traumatised. We thought her move to Secunda was going to be fantastic, but it turned out to be a disaster.
She had to vacate the property the 29th, but they only pitched up on the 30th. Then they were planning to do half the move on another day.
They are NOT professional at all. I had to arrange another truck to come to help us.
I was lucky to get an open truck at 6:00 in the morning of the 30th. They will wrap everything and cover it so that it can stay dry on this rainy day.

LIES DECEIT AND INCOMPETENCE!
Delivery PROMISED 1 December - Arrived 9 December after MUCH stress and sleeping on a cold tiled floor and no fridge to put food in.
NO COMMUNICATION FROM [name removed by Sirelo].
Had to identify my belongings on the pavement. Mattress NOT wrapped in plastic as requested and PAID for. DIRTY.
2 bedside tables BROKEN. Oak coffee table and bag of sheets and comforter MISSING.
WILL YOU REIMBURSE ME?
How long does it take to INVESTIGATE the matter and REVERT?
SHOCKING experience!

my stuff was picked up on Saturday, 19 March 2022. I was promised delivery in Durban by Monday 21 March 2022. To date I have not received delivery nor have I been contacted for any explanation of non delivery. I have tried calling this company to no avail. I have no idea if I will receive delivery of my household contents.
