This is the worst company anyone can ever use. My things were collected from Gqeberha to be delivered to Johannesburg on March 30th 2026 at 9am. They showed up at 3pm and that should have been red flag number one. I paid extra for packing but obviously they didn’t show up so I got everything readily packed in boxes hoping for a swift move. Was quoted 5-10 days which then switched to working days because the coming weekend was Easter and that’s where the nightmare started. Apparently my items were shipped to Capetown (delivery date moved to April 7th 2026) then East London ( delivery moved to April 18th 2026) then they just stopped picking up calls. I made over 200 ignored calls before I physically went to their shady office in Randburg where I met the scammers in person. By then the “truck” was in Kimberly and had a mechanical failure. I was told I paid for a shared load but expect VIP treatment on the April 24th 2026 (25 days since my items were collected). On delivery April 27th 2026 I had a box with a kitchen appliance missing, my gas (which was bubble wrapped and sealed) removed and drained.
I have been sleeping on the floor because my items were held hostage for a month. I called and begged to have them tell me where they were I pay another company (and they keep what I paid them) to deliver but they told me it was impossible as they are in the back of the truck and would not unload everything just to get to mine. They offered me, my wife and our cat R300 to find accommodation for 3 days as a “forgive us for our delay” All the comments saying it was good are definitely done by people who haven’t used these scammers. Currently opening up a fraud case as I recorded our meeting on the 24th. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Same company as EXCUSS REMOVALS (I chuckle at the irony). After 29 days my items were delivered broken and an appliance missing. You will regret using them. Below are the different numbers they use:

Home moves I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the disgraceful service I received from your company. What was meant to be a simple house removal turned into an infuriating and stressful experience, entirely due to your team’s unprofessional behaviour, poor communication, and blatant overcharging.
From the outset, your staff were aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of providing support during a stressful move, they added to the frustration with their rude tone and uncooperative attitude. This behaviour is entirely unacceptable and reflects a shocking lack of training and accountability.
Further to this, the communication from your company was atrocious. Important details were unclear or not communicated at all, leaving us confused and forced to chase information that should have been provided upfront.
To make matters worse, the service we received was nowhere near worth the inflated price we were charged. For the level of incompetence displayed, the amount paid is completely unjustifiable. It feels as though we were taken advantage of.
The “manager” [Name removed by Sirelo] gave zero to no respect or courtesy.
Your service failed on every possible level, therefore I will be leaving public reviews, and warning others about the standards you operate under.Read more

Big Liars! Don’t trust them! We recently made use of [Names removed by Sirelo]! After We paid them he was late to pickup! And promised us delivery on 4Dec (4days after Pick up) the move was from Gauteng to Eastern Cape! They keep on pushing delivery out- saying the truck is busy offloading in Cape Town first - when we passed the 16th of December dates [Name removed by Sirelo] stopped taking our messages or calls- his business partner was just as useless! On the 18th we suspected all our household contents must be pawned by now, and we got tired os sleeping on an air mattress, my husband flew to JNB went to the site spoke to [Name removed by Sirelo] since [Name removed by Sirelo] went into hiding! [Name removed by Sirelo] Promised the 20th at 3pm! The morning of the 20th (Today) they again ignored all messages! The worse experience ever. Would not recommend them to anyone. I was left to carry all my furniture and belongings by myself because they chose to leave and attend to other customers who were yet to pay.
Because they had received my payment already, I was left with everything I own in the parking lot.

DONT HIRE THEM!! This company is a *****. After collecting your belongings, they unload them in Johannesburg and come up with numerous reasons to demand additional payments. We've faced multiple threats from them, claiming that if we don't pay more, we are causing delays, and they will impose storage fees. During my move, I was left without any furniture in an empty house and had to purchase essentials like a mattress, where I’ve been sleeping for a week. Despite repeated calls and messages—hundreds of them—their staff has been extremely rude, dishonest, and uncooperative. We have now filed a legal case and involved a lawyer to retrieve our belongings.
