15DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM AT ALL!!! The most horrific experience with a moving company that I have ever had. Their communication SUCKS, they are Not professionals and they are disrespectful towards their customers. We received a quote without any need for them to come see the stuff and this was a move to a different province, a big move. Subsequently we had provided them with a detailed list of all of the items that are to be packed, and I mean everything... We paid the deposit for them to confirm the date (which is stated in their email) and we confirmed that the packing would start at 8am. They only contacted us for the first time on the day at 9:30am and that was to tell us that they will only be there by 10:30am. You will also note that they take the balance of the payment when the truck arrives at the destination (as per their email again). For us this was not the case. We ended up receiving an increased quote with and additional cost of R11,000 for items not specified, although an exhaustive list was provided and all details were made clear. They also then required full payment before the truck even left their depot. It is a scary feeling when a company rocks up to your house, packs all your things and then basically holds its hostage via payment for you to confirm that your things will hit the road and head to the destination. The truck only left 5 day after planned and only got to our place at 22:30pm on a Wednesday night. Now imagine moving to a new place and having to unload everything you have, after going through all this until midnight, and then this also means that things were just unpacked anywhere and everywhere. He denied all responsibility for the damaged furniture and refused to further engage about insurance claims for a missing box. And if you dare to give them a bad review because you as a client are not treated fairly, he stops all further communication and engagement.
If you are looking for a professional company that will take care of your furniture and items, look somewhere else.
