We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. John was quick to respond to our request and even visited our home to provide a quote, which we accepted. However, on moving day, they arrived with an inadequately small van for a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house, resulting in eight trips instead of the four originally planned.
Midway through the move, John issued a new quote—double the original price—with additional labour charges. Attempts to contact him were unsuccessful. The movers were unprofessional, intimidating, and provided terrible customer service. They were also careless, damaging our antique furniture and responding rudely when confronted.
This company operates dishonestly and lacks integrity. I strongly advise against using their services.

Later on the driver phones me and informs me he is busy doing a move and that he has a 4 ton truck, said he will phone his boss. Gets back to me says he must go back to the office and get a 8 ton truck and will do about 3 loads. He could not tell me how late this will be. Phoned him back to cancel everything.
John never answered his phoned since the driver phoned me



Unfortunately I was and still am very disappointed about the overall service. Firstly, they arrived 30mins later than scheduled. My discussion and quotation included boxes, but they arrived without any boxes and we had to make due with whatever I had just to move items e.g Jewelry put in the laundry basket and shoes etc. So there was no order when I was unpacking.
But what I am mostly disappointed about is that they chipped the walls when moving the furniture and because of that, the owners took most of my deposit and I had made sure the flat was perfect until that last day. All they could say was 'sorry'.
If it wasn't for those damages I would have received my entire deposit.
