We are a family business company that started in 2017. We mainly specialise in Furniture and goods transportation. Masere Logistics has a fleet of 1tonne, 4tonne and 8tonne trucks all closed bodies to effectively protect our client goods.We provide a service and delivery of good through excellence around Gauteng and the whole of South Africa.

What makes your company stand out?

Being a family business we pride ourselves in what we do. We have our own moving mechanism that is family oriented thereby protecting our legacy. We protect our client furniture and goods as if it were ours as our clients are our family.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We have a good in transit insurance(GIT) with a reputable insurance company to protect goods of our valued clients. The insurance covers from dented goods to damaged goods.We replace or refurbish the items damaged could it be there is.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We urge our customers to provide effectively full info for the move and also to ensure that if they are packing their own goods they should properly wrap and label their goods (esp fragile items) in case of damages.

I am really happy with the service I received. The team was on time, super professional and very well organised. They confirmed the arrival time in advance and honestly wouldn’t even let me lift a finger. They helped set up my furniture and made the whole move completely stress free. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

The best movers ever. Price was reasonable. The team was professional and extra careful. They were very strategic with everything in terms of how to handle furniture, how to move it, how to get out of the doors and even packing and unpacking the car. I was very impressed with their service. I give them 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Masere.

We had a great furniture removal experience with Masere Logistics. Arnold in sales was very responsive. Their quote was slightly higher than the lowest I received but their 5 star reviews won me over. I had a nightmare experience 6 months ago with another company.

Damaged most of my furniture so this time I was looking for quality over price but still wanted a competitive price. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the Masere move. The staff were energetic and enthusiastic. Took great care with all our items.

I definitely recommend using them. Best furniture removal experience I ever had in Johannesburg.

I would like to applaud Masere Logistics for their absolutely excellent service during our move from Mogale City to Pretoria East in early September 2025. They were professional, friendly, and warm—showing genuine sympathy and understanding throughout the process.

The team arrived on time (which is rare and highly valued these days), worked quickly and efficiently, and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their pricing was also very cost-effective.
