We are a family business company that started in 2017. We mainly specialise in Furniture and goods transportation. Masere Logistics has a fleet of 1tonne, 4tonne and 8tonne trucks all closed bodies to effectively protect our client goods.We provide a service and delivery of good through excellence around Gauteng and the whole of South Africa.

What makes your company stand out?

Being a family business we pride ourselves in what we do. We have our own moving mechanism that is family oriented thereby protecting our legacy. We protect our client furniture and goods as if it were ours as our clients are our family.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We have a good in transit insurance(GIT) with a reputable insurance company to protect goods of our valued clients. The insurance covers from dented goods to damaged goods.We replace or refurbish the items damaged could it be there is.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We urge our customers to provide effectively full info for the move and also to ensure that if they are packing their own goods they should properly wrap and label their goods (esp fragile items) in case of damages.

They are friendly and managed to move my items from one place to the other, I will give them that.

Unfortunately I was and still am very disappointed about the overall service. Firstly, they arrived 30mins later than scheduled. My discussion and quotation included boxes, but they arrived without any boxes and we had to make due with whatever I had just to move items e.g Jewelry put in the laundry basket and shoes etc. So there was no order when I was unpacking.
But what I am mostly disappointed about is that they chipped the walls when moving the furniture and because of that, the owners took most of my deposit and I had made sure the flat was perfect until that last day. All they could say was 'sorry'.

If it wasn't for those damages I would have received my entire deposit.

Truly the best moving company around. I have used them for several of my moves over the past 5 years and i will only use them. Their guys are careful, precise and professional and always give their best. They are also extremely punctual and genuinely care about what they do. Will highly recommend them any day

Quick response via mail and whatsapp.
On the day of move, i double checked appointment is set. They came through 2hours 45mins late. Slow on overload - we started to help to be faster. Small dents/damages to furniture. Owner / driver insisted on immediate EFT

This company did what I didn’t expect from them.. firstly they said they will arrive at 07:00 o’clock indeed they where there.
The professionalism of the workers and how careful they where with my furniture 🤗 I had to unpack my stuff when we arrived at my house to make sure that nothing was broken since the roads where not good to where I was relocating too but on my surprise nothing was broken or scratched

What an easy process, John the gentleman I dealt with was polite, accurate and very accommodating. His team were efficient and on time with no problems at all.
