We are a family business company that started in 2017. We mainly specialise in Furniture and goods transportation. Masere Logistics has a fleet of 1tonne, 4tonne and 8tonne trucks all closed bodies to effectively protect our client goods.We provide a service and delivery of good through excellence around Gauteng and the whole of South Africa.

What makes your company stand out?

Being a family business we pride ourselves in what we do. We have our own moving mechanism that is family oriented thereby protecting our legacy. We protect our client furniture and goods as if it were ours as our clients are our family.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We have a good in transit insurance(GIT) with a reputable insurance company to protect goods of our valued clients. The insurance covers from dented goods to damaged goods.We replace or refurbish the items damaged could it be there is.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We urge our customers to provide effectively full info for the move and also to ensure that if they are packing their own goods they should properly wrap and label their goods (esp fragile items) in case of damages.

Masere Logistics, Arnold and his team did an excellent job. The loading and unloading process was much quicker than I expected. There were no damaged items at all, and all of the furniture that had been dismantled was reassembled with great care.

Excellent professional service.
Top tier service from booking till the moving day. Their receptionist Arnold very friendly and helpful. The three gentlemen that came to pick up my staff were very professional and handled everything with care during loading and offloading. The payment was very reasonable. Value for money and peace of mind.

The best moving experience we've had to date. The team was incredibly professional, meticulous and handled our entire home with care. They went the extra mile individually wrapping every piece of furniture (from couches and beds down to my kids umbrellas), dismantling and re-assembling beds & tables to reconnecting all of our major appliances! ~Thank you so much team!
