Executive management was fine, but there were experienced delays, as well as damages to the security cameras, furniture and fragile boxes. Mattress completely destroyed, the springs in the mattress dont work any longer.

The inventory list on the invoice didn’t match what was brought for furniture pick-up—most of the items were missing and were then conveniently listed as “additional items.” When I called the sales representative during the pick-up, he assured me the issue would be resolved with [Name removed by Sirelo]. However, no solution was ever provided. Instead, I was slapped with an unreasonable price increase. When I asked for clarification, His attitude turned rude and unprofessional. He even quoted clauses threatening extra storage charges if the inflated amount wasn’t settled immediately. This experience was beyond unacceptable.

Not impressed my furniture broke due to recklessness which I witnessed. Bulls Logistics collected from Cosmo and Megashift delivered at Durban not impressed with delivery

Very bad. Very poor communication. Did not move furniture as requested. I was suppose to move two houses only moved 2 thirds of the main house. Had the move the second house and remaining furniture at additional cost to me.
