Very poor customer care and support. I requested quotations from Sirelo from moving companies and found that Megashift had more reasonable price although their reviews were bad online. I chose to give them a shot. I got a quote a week before the pick up date and booked 4 days before paying a half deposit to secure my booking. A day before the pick up date they tell me that they cannot send my items to the agreed to location because I was under quoted. When I asked why was I underquoted, they said it's because I was dealing with a new employee so I must expect to pay more then what was quoted. Mind you this was last minute and I asked to take accountability and carry on as per signed agreement contract but they said no they can't. It's either I pay the new amount or cancel the trip meaning I will forfeit my deposit because deposits are non refundable. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got them to agree to pay back the deposit because it was their fault not mine. [Name redacted by Sirelo] you I had to find an alternative last minute, luckily I found 1 on Facebook who assisted, I've been begging and begging for the refund till today, the lady keeps saying they'll send the next day or 'sending now'. I'm still struggling and don't know who to talk to or where to take this matter forward. Please guys, don't use Megashift. You will be scammed like me.Read more

i will never used them again
when they arrived i advised the office that truck was too small
when my things arrived at new place, the glass of my oven door was broken in pierces , in there van, we got evidence and pictures, they want to pay me a lousy R500.00. The cost us R2600.00 plus the labour R650.00. Even if we didn't have insurance, it was clear it broken in truck, I even told the guys that moved, truck was too small, I will definitely not use them again or recommend them to anyone, only because i called office twice to say truck small, i also said to them to make 2 trips because it was around the corner but they refused
