Courteous team. Just note that they WILL stick to itemised inventory, which we understand, but is almost impossible for a big household to compile

The most unethical and extortative company I have ever dealt with. Rude staff. After repeated telling them they could not deliver in a 5 ton truck, they sent a 5 ton truck and then extorted me to pay for an additional vehicle. Would not wish this company on my worst enemy.

I strongly advise against using this company.
On the day of my move, they arrived with the wrong truck, despite me repeatedly reminding them of the estate’s access restrictions. As a result, they were denied entry to the estate.
Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame to the estate management and then to me. To make matters worse, they threatened to dump my belongings at the estate entrance or store them in their warehouse unless I paid additional fees for a smaller vehicle (a bakkie with a trailer).
This entire experience was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I would caution anyone considering their services to think carefully before proceeding.
