All in all a pleasant experience. The company moved the date and time, so had to scramble to get everything done a day earlier, but it worked out for the best. The movers didn't have their IDs with them when they delivered, and it took some time to get clearance at the security gate.

Megashift Logistics were just amazing..from receiving the quote..loading the stuff to delivering my furniture.[Names removed by Sirelo]] at customer service were very professional.
My sister could not stop raving about how helpful and polite they guys were when they delivered the stuff.
I would definitely recommend Megashift Logistics to anyone wanting to move their goods..

WARNING bad company! no star…. They sell you a move with insurance, obviously no idea of the job and how to handle parts, destroyed everything and tell you then they they don‘t pay for it.
Nice on the phone but don‘t trust them!!!

By receiving my movement I documented everything and their employee signed it but now I need an lawyer….. also parts are stolen/gone!!

This is a poor company, and I will never recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 1star because there is no '0'. I used MEGASHIFT to move my house hold contents from CAPETOWN to PE. They broke my front door key & didn't bother to tell me the house was not locked because the key is broken.
2. They broke my Samsung door locking mechanism.
3. They stole my wife's new safety shoes, my hair clipper & daughter's adidas tacky.
4. They cut my camera's (CCTV) wires because they wanted to disconnect DVR - which they were not even supposed to touch. I have to pay another courier company to send the DVR back to Cape Town. My house failed inspection because of this - Now I have pay someone to fix the wires, reconnect DVR and make sure Cameras are working.
[Name removed by Sirelo] has been telling me that they are doing an investigation, it's been weeks and they are quiet. He is not even responding to my messages.
