They scheduled for 2 days.
On the same day they have to moved my business equipment they told me they have to help me moving on one day, because their truck have to go in for a service.
Afterwards I find out that they did not told the truth and that they help other people the next day that they supposed to help me to moved.
They damaged my one equipment very badly.
I took insurance out on both my household and business equipment through their advice.
When I told them that they damaged my equipment they told me to pay the insurance company R4000 before I can claim for the damage.
That was in small letters on their documents.
After every weeks phone calls and asking to pay the amount out that was subtract from the insurance amount they till today did not pay the amount out that they owe me.
Five months!!!!
My cost to pay the company where I bought my business equipment from to come and have a look at the damaged they course and pay them for a quotation.
Then every weeks phone calls.
I didn't even claim from some of my cutlery household that was also broken.
I will never recommend them to people or refer them.
We also paid for all 3 their workers a full meal drinks and food.
Ooh no they are the worst moving company by far.
Rather pay more for your moving and get better services.
Five months later and still didn't receive my payment from them.
So from Monday have to phone them again and again.
