I asked if it's a sharing load, they said yes but was never advised that it would take this long. Tuesday when I called they said the truck will be leaving for CA and I was told I'll get my Stuff on Wednesday. When I called them Wednesday they said the truck is still on the way to CA and it will get to next week 😩😣
Am so frustrated I have interviews to go to, that time all of my bags are with them, still have no idea when I'll be receiving my stuff. Not sure if I will receive them or what.

Am so angry and annoyed with them coz they were never transparent with about the trip that it's going to take two weeks.

We were told our furniture would be collected on a Saturday and delivered by Monday. Monday came and went—no delivery. Despite repeated calls, begging, and even threats—amidst emotional turmoil—our belongings only arrived that Thursday afternoon.
We paid extra for bubble wrapping, yet only a few items were properly protected. What followed was appalling:
Our sofa arrived with a tear and was covered in clay and mud.
The rug was similarly filthy.
Boxes were torn open, with items inside damaged or broken.
Our brand-new (R9000) Samsung soundbar, packed in its original box, arrived damaged. Samsung later confirmed it had been dropped, voiding the warranty.
The fridge had deep dents and scratches down to bare metal.
A clothes horse was shattered.
Furniture like desks, bedside tables, and drawers were smeared with muddy handprints.
One of my original artworks was scratched and missing paint.
A washing basket and seven sentimental pot plants never arrived.
Despite numerous follow-ups, six weeks have passed, and still no word on the missing items. I begged for the plants specifically, as they were gifts from my late father’s garden—he passed away on April 11th. These plants held irreplaceable sentimental value. My pleas were met with silence.
The dirt and damage I could learn to live with—but the loss of those plants broke my heart. The company’s lack of accountability, respect, and compassion during an already devastating time is unforgivable.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. When someone is entrusted with your memories, belongings, and peace of mind, basic respect should be a given—not a request.Read more


Pls do not hire them to do your move . Very unprofessional . My move from Durban to Jhb was a nightmare with them .
