Always compare peoples reviews on Hello Peter. Don't cut corners when it comes to the protection of your furniture on any move long or short distance. Always use dbl wall cartons.

We got a quote and gave inventory on loading the goods to transport we were told we needed extra 500cubes which doubled the initial Quote. didnt have the balance to pay so it went to their warehouse. Now month end here im requesting delivery and i get hit with another bill?????

Extremely unsatisfied. TNJ Movers is just an agent, they uses Alert Removals, total un-professional, extremely poor service. They basically just dump my furniture at the new place, stack everything on top of each other, do not care if things marked Fragile, poorly wrap the items, lot of scuff marks, dents and chips on furniture pieces. Still busy to try and get them to pay for my damaged furniture that was purely damaged because they loaded heavy items on tot of it. Never ever use any of these 2 companies, Alert Removals or TNJ Movers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your move from Durban to Potchefstroom on 14 February 2022.First, please accept our sincere apologies for the condition in which your furniture arrived. The level of service you described - poor wrapping, items marked Fragile not being respected, heavy items stacked on top resulting in scuffs, dents and chips - is not the standard we stand for at TNJ Movers. Our core promise is premium wrapping and packing to minimize damages drastically. On this route we worked with a transport partner (Alert Removals) to execute the long-distance leg, but your contract was with us, and we take full responsibility for the overall delivery. We would like to resolve the outstanding damage claim with you. Could you please contact us directly at salesattnjmovers@gmail.com / 064-533-5243 / 067-104-7106 with your original booking ref and photos so we can finalize compensation/repair? Since 2022 we have changed our process: all part ner moves now require photo proof of wrapping before loading, a signed pre- and post-move condition report, and no fragile items are loaded under heavy items. Thank you again for your honesty - it helped us improve.
