Absolutely pathetic, The package we shipped was broken. Horrible drivers, reckless and the worse part is that they look at you like you were the one driving bad. They drive at 100 Kilometres per hour. Absolutely horrible treatment we received, our driver here was cocky didn't say it was his fault. Highly do not recommend . Better of with Careful Carriers.

If you want your valuable silver stolen wholesale by these guys, as my parents was during their move, with the owners of Eddie's merely shrugging their shoulder and taking no responsibility, then by all means use this company.

Eddies team were very efficient packers, but in the process they stole every piece of silver from our home.!

We used Eddies to pack, transport and unpack our household goods when we moved to our new home. The team was efficient in packing, except we discovered after unpacking that our silverware from more than one room of our old home had been stolen and management has been decidedly disinterested in pursuing the issue. We don't recommend that you use this company.

Don’t use this company. I have never received such dismissal service and lake of care. From the first meeting with the rep that came to give me a quote who arrived a hour and a half late blaming the rain. Really, if you can’t drive in the rain leave a half an hour earlier to be on time. The day they packed up my house they were 2 hours late did a half job and told me they would finish on the day we moved. On the day we moved they were 2 hours late, the truck was packed and by the time we were ready to leave they were still packing. They then had to unpack in the new house they did not know what they were doing that I asked them to leave and had to do it myself after paying for this service. I had a box go missing and I know exactly what was in the box as my husband had brought the last things down to them that they had not packed. When I contacted them they basically told me it’s not their problem.

What a fantastic company & people to deal with , accommodating and budget friendly , excellent care in moving all my stuff into our new home , friendly , reliable & professional staff .
