My antique mirror arrived broken. I immediately called the company to inform them, the movers were still there when I informed the company. After weeks of have been ignored and dismissed '' I'll get back to you' How long do you need to give me an answer? It's been almost 3 weeks?? I've been patient and usually not one to complain but really. Terrible service.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
Arrived 5 hours late. Quoted us to move per our household items then sent a truck too small to do it in 1 move. Then charged us double for a double trip of 800m. No pay no offload.

We apologise for coming late and i think we was late with an 1hr and there was miscommunication because our prices are per load and we charge for a second trip

Most problably the worst idea I ever had was moving with this company. The delivery was a week late and they promised me everyday my things would arrive. Did not even deliver all my stuff, do not waste your time with them

I think you have booked for a shared load and a share load can take long time than expected because will be delivering number of clients in the same truck from difference locations.
It is unlike direct trip that we deliver same day or the following day and it is a bit expensive unlike shared load which is cheaper and you need to be flexible in terms of delivery

Terrible experience, very unprofessional. Use unscrupulous partners who charged us extra for not being at home when they delivered a day early. Royal shift logistics did not even try to find a solution... Only said ' you must pay'. Do not use this company!
The moving guys themselves were great...it was just tge management of both companies that was so terrible.
