We used on the move 3 times first 2 times amazing service nothing broken. Third move they broke an antique cupboard worth more then just money, its over 100 years old and the only thing my family has that has been passed down as well as a variety of other things that I could over look. When contacted charl promised to contact us and get things fixed now more then a month later still no response and needless to say ill never be using them again or referring them as they moved close to 20 ppl we referred. Obviously customer care is jot top of their priorities

What an awesome experience.
These guys had me wrapped up, pack up, moved amd unpacked in as little as 2 hours.
Love the constant status updates and tracking services.
Really exceptional team work and level of professionalism is outstanding.
I would highly recommend OTMA to friends and family.

If only zero stars was an option. What a disappointing experience, movers broke the cups of the bed and management won't refund me the costs of replacing said cups.

I've used On The Move Again for all my moving since 2020, and they've always been super helpful, and professional.
Moving houses is a stressful situation but I know at least who I'm using to do the moving, and that's one less thing to worry about.
I'll always On The Move Again for my transport needs.

We found On the Move Again to be most helpful and accommodating. The staff were friendly and efficient and Andre the owner went above and beyond to help. They even assisted with a free load when they were unable to complete our move in one load.
