The company done a breech of contract .when they load my furnisher up they dropped it off at other furnisher removal company .they did not done a proper hande over and provide the delivery address where I moved to.The company where my furnisher is been offload don't have a load that is going to Cale town and can maybe be delivered my stuff at the 20 March almost a month after .Then the move my stuff to Boss logistic in cake town who is delailing with CDJmoving and who received my full payments .It is the utmost unproffesional company and service .There is no communication as a client or any feedback provided to me .3 different companies is dealing now with my moving and CDJ moving caused to hold up and error of the arrangements .This company will be held countable for the breech of contract and myself to have lost of funds that I have to make to arrange for accomodation ,food and clothing .my cell is 0847586760 for any info

They were a day late with pickup after I expressly requested the pickup earlier. Come to drop off 3 guys arrive and drop in the driveway furniture that was not protected, scratched. The driver leaves me with 2 junior guys bumping and bashing furniture against the walls. I will have to repaint the landlord's house, so the impact is that they cost me more than a reputable company would. Communication is terrible. CDJ contracted out to MoveMe, who charged me an additional R3 800 for storage - they have my goods and then extort additional fees not disclosed upfront. Pick up and drop off date was clearly agreed but CDJ doesn't communicate. I contracted with CDJ, they refer me to MoveMe, who insisted on the extra payment before they release the goods. What can I do - extortion. Do not use CDJ or MoveMe, in the end you will pay the same as with a reputable company but get inferior service and damages. Extortionists.

Your collection and delivery were both completed within the agreed schedule, and no delays were recorded on our side. In addition, no damages or concerns were reported to us at the time of delivery or thereafter, which is always important as it allows us the opportunity to investigate and resolve any issues promptly.

Regarding the storage charge mentioned, this was handled at destination by the appointed partner and is not an undisclosed or arbitrary fee. We do not condone or engage in any form of “extortion,” and such claims are taken very seriously.

We pride ourselves on transparency and service, and it’s disappointing to see these concerns raised publicly without prior engagement with our team. We remain available and willing to review any legitimate issues in detail, please feel free to contact us directly so we can assist further.

Not even a one star worth.
It started well. It ended with pick-up 28 hours late and delivery 12 days later. Lies and false 'real time' travel progress reports. Confusion with another client. Really, really bad communication. Only communication via WhatsApp that they control. No calls; you can only leave a voice note. PLEASE note: NO company telephone number available anywhere. They just stop communicating. Eventually my trek arrived after it was collected by a 3rd party and delivered by another 3rd party. And communication only started after I informed one of the 3rd party operators that I am busy opening a theft case against CDJ at the SAP. I lost some small furniture pieces that might have been on the truck, but it was not visible while they delivered my furniture. After my furniture were handed over to the 3rd party for delivery all communication from CDJ stopped. I have not heard from them since. They also did not move my appliances or my motorbike as per quote and I was not refunded for that either. The operations manager told me in a voice note: 'Stop pressuring me otherwise I will have to lie to you'. This was when I enquired about what, where and when.
