Collection was a little later than scheduled BUT there was communication the whole time. Which was Great
Delivery was done as promised.
No breaking of any goods
The guys off loading was very friendly and professional

CDJ responded quickest (out five firms) with a quotation and secured a truck doing the move. Our move was from Bloemfontein to three different delivery destinations. CDJ used Mega Shift as their packer/transporter. Communication was good and CDJ responded to changes and add-ons quickly. They arrived on the day of packing a later than scheduled but packed from 19:30 to 23:00. On the delivery side (three days later), a picked up a few mistakes, with not the full load having been loaded but CDJ/Megashift resolved this within two days. Our glass top for the dining room table was broken on the way. Read the small text in the insurance that CDJ offers that you take!

Flexible

The large glass cover for the dining room table was cracked in transit and not adequately covered by the insurance option that we chose. Two items were not packed for delivery, but that was resolved quickly.

Smooth service didn’t have to worry about anything. Great communication I was getting updates and quick responses.

The guys took care of everything I didn’t have to lift a finger to carry anything. My furniture arrived in good order. Also a very structured and organised process of paying.

Good job. Keep it up. Will defs use this company again. And the prices are very affordable as moving can get hectic and expenses.

I would recommend this company to anyone i not only had to move household stuff but also needed my motorcycle delivered to King Shaka airport in order for me to pick it up as soon as i landed. I had huge headaches and was so stressed but the response was amazing and i did not even have to wait when i landed straight to offloading and on the road. Thank you very much for the great service.
