Our cherished heirloom table was completely destroyed during transit. The boxes were mishandled or even thrown around carelessly - damaged, dented, some even arriving OPEN after we had meticulously taped them shut. Some were upside down and some were wet.
This negligence resulted in numerous breakages, with items clearly mishandled due to upside-down packing. To add insult to injury, we discovered a scratched TV unit and even a hole in our bed base.
When we reached out to Express Removals to address these issues, their response was incredibly disappointing. You wait 5-7 days to be told there's nothing that can be done. We are still awaiting further response from them.
This experience has been distressing and costly. We strongly advise against using Express Removals for any moving needs. Their disregard for the careful handling of belongings and their dismissive attitude towards customer grievances is appalling.
Save yourself the stress and potential loss - find a more reliable and responsible moving company.
