A move in good hands, from South Africa into Colorado US!
I got quotes from a couple of companies but Monarch stood out, not because of the quote but I felt like I was not just another customer, there was a more personal touch. Anton, the owner, visit me in person to take me through the process.[Names removed by Sirelo] made sure I was well informed through the whole journey. The day the packing team arrived in George, [Name removed by Sirelo] took charge and the team worked like an oiled machine. It was not just a job to them, but they took pride and packed every single item with care. I will definitely recommend Monarch for any international moves.

The company bent over backwards to accommodate us at very short notice, for the big move from one house to another located in different suburbs of the same city. Our expectations were far exceeded in every respect - the friendliness of the team, their helpfulness, the efficiency and patience with which they managed everything that was thrown at them, which included some disorganisation and indecisiveness they encountered on arrival at the location. The teamwork was faultless and because of the work ethic displayed, one almost got the impression that they were shareholders in the company… more than employees. I have so much respect for the two [Name removed by Sirelo] and the other amazing team members who worked alongside them that day.

I moved my furniture from Cape Town to Johannesburg. They kept me in the loop with my move and always ensured I was in the know once my furniture was taken. They delivered my furniture earlier than they mentioned and made the move seamless when it was a stressful one. Incredibly exceptional movers !
