Blatent Theft, i had my furniture in storage. Nobody checked the boxes they offloaded. They already admitted prior to offloading to not bringing a trolley. I have several thousands of rands worth of trays dishes household items stolen. They have not even had the decency to communicate their actions to return my boxes and stolen property after two weeks. Im told they are busy with month end like i should care about the month end and not about my stolen property. They claim they dont have insurance they dont have proper storage facilities your valuables are stored in a open space where everyone has access... they are Not trustworthy and ill do everything in my power to expose these scam artists who seem to think theft is normal with zero consequence.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE ALL DAY TO YOU AND DO NOT UPDATE YOU ON WHERE YOUR SHIPMENT IS. MY STUFF WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE ON THE 1st OF JULY, I ASKED TO BE EXCUSED FROM WORK ON MY FIRST DAY BECAUSE I WAS EXPECTING DELIVERY TODAY, NOTHING ARRIVED, I AM SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR RIGHT NOW. IF YOU GET IN CONTACT WITH [Names removed by Sirelo] FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE YOUR MIND. EVEN ON COLLECTION DAY, I HAD SO SIT THE WHOLE DAY FOR COLLECTION WITH NO UPDATES, THEY COLLECTED MY FURNITURE AT 18:00PM, I WAITED FOR THEM FROM 10AM.
IF THEY HAD COMMUNICATED THEN MAYBE THINGS WOULD BE BETTER.

Stay away from this company MR Cheap Transport, I booked one of my clients moves with them on the 27/09/2024 they collected Sunday the 29/09/2024. Whilst booking this move there was no mention of them leaving any items behind. They gave the quote and I paid in full the same day I received it being 27/09/2024. When items arrived in CPT there were damages and items that had not been delivered. They have been saying there's extra items and they demanding more money. They holding my clients items hostage 1 month later. Items they have not delivered are 1 X bicycle, 1 X desk, 1 X hat stand, 3 pc grey couches, 1 X grey headboard and 1 X patio table. I have requested a copy of the drivers inventory of what he collected and they still cant send that. On 22/10/2024 I received a email from [Names removed by Sirelo] saying the truck will depart the 28-29/10/2024 when I called 28/10/2024 to confirm the delivery I was told her and [Names removed by Sirelo] are absent from work when I called today 29/10/2024 im now told delivery will be between the 4-6/11/2024. These people are disgusting. [Names removed by Sirelo] shouts and swears people that have paid them big money to transport goods. If you know whats good for you never use this company, you will be sorry.Read more

Very unprofessional and bad service , they are quick to pick up your goods but don’t keep to the delivery timeline ! The communication from them is very deceiving and they do not give u a strait answer .I would not recommend them to anyone ! Pls find alternative transport service do not use this company

Broke the TV, washing machine, mirrors, bedside stands, and vacuum. Just completely careless. Worst moving company I have ever dealt with.No damage settlement, they just disappear when it comes time to make any sort of claim.

Really disappointed- be very careful when using this company.
Paid in advance.
Half my goods never arrived.
Don't keep to agreed delivery times - you can spend the whole day waiting.
Appears that you have to pay additional fees to prioritize your goods getting delivered in full and on time.
Very stressful - should have known better.
