I requested them to come to my house and give me an accurate quote to move from PTA to PE so that there were no financial suprises in future which I expressed to Vuyani. I accept the quote and pay the amount. On the day our stuff was supposed to arrive in PE Vuyani says I must pay an extra R6000 if I want my stuff back. The police phoned him, but he was rude and didn't care so I eventually just paid him. I received all my stuff nearly a week later and 90% of my stuff was badly damaged. My fiance was in tears because her antique furniture was damaged and Vuyani said we making it up or it was there before the move.

Vuyani is highly recommended. He is professional, responsive on WhatsApp, excellent communication. He kept in contact with me the day of my move and kept me in the loop at all times. His guys loaded and off loaded very carefully and professionally. Great service and affordable pricing.

Save yourself the trouble and get a quote from Biddulphs, the quotes were comparable and I ended up regretting going for a smaller black owned business. After a month of waiting, my delivery came with one box missing which was left in Cape Town. That took at least another week to get to Joburg, the service from this company was disappointing, filled with empty promises and lack of accountability. I ended up having to pay for an uber parcel to finally get my hands on my box because it was handed over to a third party that was refusing to deliver it. All of this after spending thousands of rands on a delivery with goods worth at least 4 times the amount. Never heard from this business owner after I got my hands on the last box, not an apology or an attempt to somewhat redeem himself or his business.
