My fridge was badly dented and scratched- after I asked them to bubble wrap everything. They charged me for a full roll of bubble wrap, did not use all of it, and also left with half of the roll. Furthermore, Jenna did not allow me to speak to management. I was asked to raise my grievances via email, which I did not get a response to. No accountability, no professionalism and very expensive considering the poor communication and lack of time management as well as any lack of ethical consideration from their management. Horrible experience.
