Durban branch was brilliant bur Johannesburg absolutely pathetic. Lied sbout my furniture being on the way broke my printer unloading. I found coffee grounds on my things and worzt of all the manager said she didnt read her emails so dud not know rhat i had a dedicated load and a dwlivery date. Eventually got my furniture after 6 at night after wziting in an empty cold house all day. It was so late by the time all was unpacked i had to find alternative accomodation at short notice this is not easy with a cat . Conplai ts were not addressed by management. I thi k it is only because i phoned and phoned and phoned that i got my furniture at all that day

Initial liaison good. Collection booked for shared load. Call to ask to come earlier. Had confirmed storage entry and only 3ton. Sent 8ton. Took 5hrs to get correct truck and loaded. Delivery confirmed. Call to say day early, on Sun. Never came. Arrived Mon. Call Tue to advise of delivery!. Fragile boxes 'squashed'. Wood bench damaged, looks like dropped. The guys were pleasant, off loaded quickly.

Upon receiving my furniture I discovered that my new office desk had been severely damaged and the MegShift had attempted to repair (botched) and conceal the damage. The made no mention of the damage and when I escalated to the management team they ignored me for 2 weeks and when I did not go away, the initially advised that the person responsible was being called to a disciplinary hearing. Then they ignored me for another week and when I refused to go away, I was advised that I had not taken the necessary insurance and that this was not their problem. At no stage was I advised when I signed the agreement about an insurance covering their negligence. I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this business. Furthermore, when looking at their reviews across multiple platforms, it is clear that they are curating their reviews and only showing the positive ones.

When i was charged extra for the fridge and the goods were delivered a week after they were removed from the original place to Pretoria. The hassle during the picking up of items gave me grey hairs. Then the delivery was after 7 days.
