I feel it’s important to share my experience with this moving company so others know what they may be walking into. I’ve dealt with them on more than one occasion, and both times were deeply disappointing.
During the first move, several pieces of furniture arrived damaged. None of this was mentioned by the team, and the issues only became obvious once they were long gone. When the problem was reported, the company made no effort to take responsibility—no investigation, no apology, and no attempt to address the damage.
Unfortunately, things got even worse on a later move, a large chunk of my personal and household goods “mysteriously disappeared”
When the situation was raised with the owner, any hope of resolving the matter vanished. A polygraph test for the team was suggested, but the owner insisted on choosing the provider—something that ultimately never happened.
The ongoing lack of honesty, accountability, and basic customer service from this company is extremely concerning. Based on everything I’ve experienced, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you value your belongings and expect a trustworthy, dependable service, this is not the company you should hire.Read more

I've witnessed multiple troubling issues with this moving company, and I feel it's important to warn others before considering using their services
During an initial move several items of furniture were delivered with noticeable damage- damage that was never mentioned by the team at the time. Everything only came to light after they had already left and when the matter was raised with the company, there was zero accountability. No investigation & no willingness to resolve anything
On a second occasion over R100k of my items 'went missing' during the move & the owner refused his team to undergo polygraph testing, unless he chose the service provider, which never happened
The consistent lack of honesty, accountability & responsibility and basic customer service is deeply concerning. Based on these experiences I strongly advise looking for another moving company
If you value your possessions and expect a reliable, accountable service provider, this is not the company to trust

I have had more than one deeply disappointing experience with this moving company. During my first move, several pieces of my furniture were damaged, and what concerns me most is that the team failed to disclose any of it at the time. I only discovered the damage after they had already left. When I reported the issue, the company showed no accountability whatsoever—there was no investigation, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to resolve the matter.
On a second occasion, a significant portion of my belongings went missing, including clothing, kitchenware, and other personal items. This resulted in a financial loss of more than R100 000, yet even when this was reported, the owner again refused to take any responsibility or provide any meaningful support.
The ongoing lack of responsibility, transparency, and basic customer care from this company is unacceptable. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend their services. If you value your belongings and expect reliability, I strongly suggest choosing another moving company.Read more
