I can highly recommend Renva logistics. I had prompt assistance with arranging the move. On the day of our move we had complications entering the comple with the truck and Rendani arranged an alternative vehicle to facilitate the move. The guys part of the moving team were extremely patient, friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. They connected all our appliances and asked us to approve that all our belongings were out the truck before leaving. Will definitely use them again.

On the two occasions we used Renva locally(Gauteng), the service was great(2 stars for that) but on the third occasion having recommended them to my relatives for a long distance trip, the service was horrible - just not forgivable. Arrived about 4 hours late with a wrong open truck and much smaller in size! totally unapologetic and unprofessional about it at first going into long unnecessary exchanges. In the end some furniture was left behind!

We got the best service, the guys were right on time, they had welcoming spirits and you could just tell they love what they do and they are excellent at it. They were efficient, got all the furniture and appliances out without any damages, offloaded and neatly packed everything in the storeroom. They were definitely not irritated with us, they made things so much easier. We would recommend Renva Logistics in a heartbeat. This is not our first rodeo with Renva Logistics, first time around I witnessed the very same excellent service at short notice to make matters great. They get a five star rating or 10 out 10
