They arrived a day and a half late. Their truck was to small some items was left behind and arrived much later. Not a proper removal truck, so had to lift furniture very high into truck. Immens amount of damage to furniture, so bad that it can't be fixed. Very friendly receptionist until you start to stand on your agreement, then she becomes incredibly rude and accuse you of swearing and shouting at her. Worst removal service ever. I have moved 7 times in the last 10 years. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
