What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
There is insurance that can be taken out for damages if you are looking at repairing and replacing but as a company we offer a set rebate for damages in our contract.
We suggest that proper wrapping is done and insurance is taken out as accident do happen.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Take your time, sort though your items when packing up your house (If you are doing this yourself). Breathe and take the reassurance that the company you have chosen to handle your relocation has done several thousand moves before your move so what might be a new and daunting experience for you is a everyday job for the removal company.

These guys goes the distance, figuratively but mostly LITERALLY! This was the second time I have used them to move furniture, but this was a long haul. I had an extremely large house, with all the furniture that goes with it, but I also have a load of very important pot plants that is just like family to me. THEY had to come along to Western Cape. The guys loading the truck was cheerful the whole time packing all my belongings in the truck, and the cheerful mood continued to the storage facility I had to use in Pearly Beach. I would positively recommend them to anyone needing a company who takes care of your possessions, they are very reasonable with their prices, and a pleasure to work with... Will use them again if I ever need to move again. Thanks [Name removed by Sirelo] and team.

[Name removed by Sirelo]'s team was extremely efficient. They arrived on time and packed up so quickly. I got to the new unit and unfortunately was not able to move in due to construction going on in the property, however [Name removed by Sirelo] was available to assist me and give some options to navigate every mover's nightmare. I will be using Legend Removals in the future. They also came out cheapest and their service was outstanding. Thanks to the LR team.

Their price was really good compared to others who also quoted me. They handled my furniture very well, nothing was broken and I could see how the loaders handle everyone's goods. Short notice was given on the loading date and time, but it all went well in the end. I am very happy that I used Legend Removals.
