DISAPPOINTED, VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Started out well, I will never use or recommend them to anyone. It’s a pity everyone at Stor-Age will be recommended them as it’s the only company they are allowed to recommend.
Paid R7600 for 2 loads, they did the first load, finished offloading at 3pm. I told them to go load whatever they can for the 2nd load and so they can offload before they close, they started complaining, one man said “if we do that she will complain again that the truck is not full” while I was standing there. I just told them they can go home, I don’t want them anymore.
I mean I paid in full, why can’t I complain when they are requesting an extra R4000 for offloading the following day. They wanted to load, leave with my sisters stuff and offload the following morning. Their boss then told me that the R4000 is for offloading since it will be a new day and the R2000 I paid for the second load will be for loading. I don’t even wanna talk about the bakkie guy wanting to swindle money for a thing he calls a load.
They won’t give you the full information when you are booking them, and they are very expensive. Be careful. Those good for nothing men, are not professional, no manners and have no respect. 🚮🚮🚮

Yes, I received the quotation but there was no information about the R4000 extra for offloading and I didn't have a problem with paying for the bakkie. No problem at all paying for the service, which is why you received the full payment of R7600 a day before the job, you failed to communicate the important information. Funny how you judging our pockets. Be arrogant all you like on the reviews, when you want business you act all so sweet. It doesn't matter who wants them, my experience with you and them was very bad and would not recommend.Read more

We received fabulous service from the admom staff to the actual movers! It was unfortunately raining on our moving day but the movers didn't let that stop them, they loaded and unloaded and walked stuff through our complex in the rain. Absolutely nothing damaged, would not use anyone else in future moves!

I used these people on Nov 30 2023, 6 guys rocked up early. The were friendly, accurate and fast. They had to move a piano too and even that did not steal their enthusiasm. Nothing was broken. The staff were friendly but not invasive. The truck driver (Jafta) had to park and move and reverse in very tricky circumstances and did this with great confidence. Their offices were fast to help us with the booking and invoicing and the price was excellent. Beware, their staff steal and management is not interested in helping. Have lodged a police report. Use at your own risk.
